Our People Our Congregation The greatest asset of our Church is our people - their faith, hope and love. Our Church is a spiritual family and we work as a team. We have over 500 communicant members in our congregation. Our Kirk Session and Church Board The congregation elect from their members people to serve on the Kirk Session, which is the body responsible for spiritual matters. The congregation also appoint the members of the Church Board, which is responsible for material matters. Our Minister
Since the departure of Rev. Louis Bezuidenhout in June 2009, we have been fortunate to have Rev. Elizabeth Mack Dip.P. Ed., who despite being part-time has committed to sustaining the Ministry of the parish pending a new full-time Minister being inducted. We also have the welcome support of Rev. Maurice S. Bond, of St. Michael's Church in Dumfries, who has been appointed our Interim Moderator.
