Church Board The Congregational Board or Church Board is responsible for practical matters such as maintenance of the churches. The Minister is also the Moderator of the Board. The Clerk to Board is Barbara Hyslop and the Treasurer is Ila Carroll. The Deputy Treasurers are David Findlay and Sheena Mitchell. The Church Board consists of all the Elders as well as other elected members. The Church Board appoints Committees to address particular aspects of the responsibilities of the Board. There is a Finance Committee; a Fabric Committee; a Magazine Committee; a Fundraising & Entertainment Committee; a Publicity Committee; and a World Without Walls Committee.
